Hi, my name’s Ashley and I make FAT Brownies. I’m the child of two professional foodies so it’s in my DNA to feed people, and I just love making people happy with chocolate.
I started baking brownies 10 years ago and had a stall at Herne Hill market in London where I soon built a loyal following of brownie lovers.
You won't find my secret recipe in any baking book - it's one I've developed over the years to produce a brownie that is uniquely fudging incredible.
